Going to be a scorcher. Got a few things to do including going for a run. Going to try and crack on now before it gets really hot.

Did you watch gossip mongers? Format didn't work great on the stream if I'm honest. No Penny either.

Took the dog on a good walk for an hour first thing this morning ,replied to some emails . Going to give the back garden a once over and that’s me for the day . I’m still doing dry July but think it should end today
Didn't watch gossipmongers?But will try to catch it somewhere

I’ve slept better and lost a bit of weight (combined with dog walking and running) so yes .

To be fair I’m having a few tomorrow and gonna start again Monday for a couple of weeks
