Good morning Daz.
Got a fair bit of time off over the next few weeks.
Got a list of stuff to do and hoping to use my time productively. Didn't get off to a good start yesterday, hanging all day after a late night session Sunday. Fingers crossed for a better day today!

Morning Daz, fretting over my daughter who fainted at school yesterday and dreading starting lifting weights again after six months off from laziness.

Any idea what caused it? (Your daughter fainting not your laziness).

No, that’s the worry. She was in a lesson and just fainted, banged her head on the way down. Been to the walk in and they can’t find anything. Sent her in today but she was very subdued. Told her I’ll come out of work and take her to the doctors if she feels unwell at all but she’s not a complainer. Bless her her biggest worry was that she’d messed up the teachers lesson!

My daughter has been like it a couple of times, not actually passed out though just feeling faint.

Hopefully she will be better today!

Cheers fella , but I’m already a member of spindles at The royal court. As I broke my ankle and had a skin graft I think running will be out of the question for quite a while. When I get the ok I’m going to use a cross trainer, exercise bike and swim

Looks interesting but no details and you need to fill out war and peace just to book and see details. If you know the guy tell him to sort his website out it’s costing him business.
