We really should win this game against a poor side. We can't play any worse there than we did last season yet still got a draw. we're a better side this year.

Looking forward to it and a great day on the sauce

Turn on the style and the goals.

3-1 to the City and a 20 page thread after on how angry we are at letting a goal in.

Over 600 sold as of this morning.
Looking at 750 away. Fantastic effort yet again from the sky blue army away from home.

Fact:
I am the first and possibly the only man to have taken a crap in the ladies toilets at Morecambe's ground.
In the cup a few years ago and their ground was so new it was practically still a building site in places.

Also is Johnson Clarke Harris still our youngest ever player when he appeared in this game?

I think Johnson was about 16, but Clarke Harris was a bit older.

Hard one to predict. Both McNulty & Nazon scoring in the last game - hoping for some momentum from them.
Maybe a confident McNulty might spark us into life.

Agree we need to get back on track in the league. Away form is good and seems to suit us at the moment.
Should win this fairly comfortably but will be a nervy 2-1 Win.

Hmm difficult one to call but going to say we will win 2-0 hope I don't regret this!!
Not sure Kelly will be risked think Macdonald may be back in the team though?

Team
Burge GK
Grimmer RB
Haynes LB
Macdonald CB
Willis CB
Doyle CM
Stevenson CM
Shipley ATT
Duck ATT
McNulty ATT
Biamou ST

Subs: O'Brien, Stokes, Davies, DKE, Vincenti, Ponticelli, Beavon.

I think I read / heard somewhere that McDonald got concussion in training?

If Kelly is fully fit I'd play him but if it is going to be like Stevenage I'd rather just play Stevenson from the start in a more advanced position rather than waste a sub.

I'd try to keep the same formation we switched to at the weekend as it was quite free flowing once we got going.

Kelly has had an ongoing problem with his heel. Would rather he came back in fully fit and recovered, rather than it be still ongoing and him in for a few games and then out for a few games perpetually.

You have to fancy our chances at Morecambe, so I would probably keep Stevenson in.

Yeah that's the thing, he has had a bit of a rest now so didn't know if it would have properly heeled

If he is still a bit shady let him sit it out and keep Stevenson in rather than risk him.

I'm hopeful of a 0-2 win here, not as straight forward as many would imagine this game but hopefully McNulty has gained a lot of confidence and can bring home the points.

Going to be a few degrees colder over the next few days, too ! Hopefully the Duck will run about a bit more to stay warm.

Was hoping to go to this one but I can't make it now. All the same we surely will win this. We must to keep our promotion schedule on course. Any dropped points are so hard to get back.
I think a clean sheet and a couple of goals from the newly confident Mc.Nulty and one from Nazon will do the trick.

Hopefully Morecambe have the pitch covered, or the game will probably be off

Would hope they would think ahead to save a potential journey.

Looks like the players are already up there so will be tucked up warm ready for tomorrow.

Do you usually get such bad frost on the coast? I would think it'll be ok. Even if it is called off I'm on the booze anyway

If it goes ahead I think we will get a 2-0 win. Goals from Nazon and McNulty

Yep, this has 2-0 to us written all over it, McNulty with a brace.

Come on you Sky Blues, give us a decent Xmas run for a change.

Safe journey everyone going, wrap up well and wear some extra socks. Just been outside its -1 and just been replacing the thermostat on her in doors car. Its fooking cold and I can hardly feel my fingers but she has been on at me as her heater was cold! I told her to get some gloves but it didnt work.
I hope you get the win as you truly deserve it travelling up in this weather.

We’re on our way. Traffic’s pretty good on the m6, although some speed restrictions for roadworks. I can even see a break in the cloud on the horizon!

2-0, McNulty and Stevenson.

The SBA to be on top form and players to give them full applause at the end of the game.

It’s about time we stepped up and stormed this league, regardless of missing Jones/Andreu our squad is too good for this league. As long as MR doesn’t continue to shackle them, it’ll happen.
