Thing is, considering that the complaint is a look into state aid. If it’s found it is illegal then the council have bigger problems as to how an asset was undersold.would mean our landlords would be the people the owners of the club have triggers court proceeding (again) with and very little noise locally which the electorate is putting pressure on the council to do anything about.

1) Council offer to sell it to SISU - why would they buy it at market value, nothing in it for them to do that.
2) Council offer us expensive rent - back to where we were.
3) council offer us cheap rent - Doesn't solve our problem of 365 days income to build a squad and SISU have no assets

Now there's a lot of "IF's" to this scenario, but given the weak financial position of Wasps, this would surely send them into insolvency.
That would leave CCC with a stadium to maintain and no tenant. Thus any deal with a new tenant would have to ensure it was at a neutral cost to CCC, as minimum commitment, otherwise that could be termed indirect state aid.
