Why is it ACL what do they have to do with the running of the Club ?
They have called in a debt it is up to the debtor to pay it or not in a way they see fit so bankruptcy is the easy way out

If it was to happen I don't see how anyone could blame it on ACL. Given that the company being liquidated is no longer part of the football club (and we've already had a 10 point deduction for that) the only reason I can see for another deduction would be failure to pay the money owed to ACL which I believe was a condition of the FL letting the new company have the golden share.

Having a shit in my bathroom if that's ok? I know what you mean about decent posters though, somebody posts a rumour and gets hammered for it. It is quite funny when they turn out to be true though and all the people who judged look silly .

It may well be wrong, but it's just a rumour and it beats working it a percentage of blame in a thread..

Why do ACL run / ruin our football club now or is it SISU again

Thinking about this logically.

If we accept that ACLs rejection of the CVA was what cost us 10 points and that happened after Otium had transferred the GS there's precedent for the League docking points for the actions of a company no longer representing the club (and if you follow the clubs argument that never did represent the club).

So it makes sense that well get another punishment when Ltd are liquidated.
