Depends what you mean by neutral.

I have no vested interest if that's what you mean.

I do hold the owners more accountable for what's happened than
The council.

I hold no affinity for the council in other issues at all.

I think the way they have acted over this greater Birmingham thing for example is little short of a disgrace.

I was putting the relationship between Wasps and CCFC in a positive light. I said nothing about the CET.
You don't want JR2 straining the relationship. The way that first story came out about the railway it made wonder iff the relationship is strained.
Although I do think there is an overtop paranoia towards the CET by some in here.
