Exactly what does the documents show other than players were registered in Limited post the current management?
We all knew that ... hence the small player asset value in Limited at point of administration.
It was explained at the fans forums ... still available on youtube.

The documents does not show where the FL have registered the players.
The documents does not prove any illegal shifting of players registration from Limwere toldited to Holdings.

Somebody previously highly positioned within ccfc is leaking documents. That's excellent as it gives us more insight than we otherwise would have.
I just wonder why we haven't seen documents to support the claim that assets were moved illegally - surely our whistleblower would have access to such documents if they existed?
I am also pretty confident that Appelton would have a legal obligation to disclose such evidence to the courts - if they existed.

It seems more and more likely that Fisher and his legion of legal advisers have been operating within the law all along and registered new player contracts in Holdings to clean up the 'mess' created by previous boards and to get in line with how the FL are registering players.
It also seemsin more and more likely that ACL and their backing of our whistleblower, former ccfc directors, legal and finance experts pinned tve beenheir entire strategy on the expectation that the club had continued to register players in Limited. That strategy has failed completly and instead of having new owners and playing at the Ricoh as the strategy was supposed to achieve, we are stuck with sisu and playing in Northampton with a 10 point handicap. Well done!

All along we were told that there was nothing in Ltd, these agreements show the opposite, Fisher knows this otherwise why would he admit mistakes have been made, he has been found out

i hate to say it but it possibly doesn't change a thing.

i know it makes it clear that the business dealing's are clearly done with ltd and presumably that's where payments were made and received but the issue has been about which company registered the players not who paid for them. to my mind they don't prove that the contracts were registered in ltd and then transferred to holdings. could be wrong, i'm not an expert in the laws of the fl but i don't think this is a smoking gun.

and before any anti acl lot start when i refer to the smoking gun i don't want it held to the clubs head i want it held to the fl's head

scrap that. following fishfaces "confession" blaming the previous administration clearly i was completely wrong.

Let me point out again that the leaked documents have all been pre Fisher. They are not evidence that Fisher has lied or that player contracts have been moved from limited to holdings.

Maybe.. but his continual denial of the facts(which he should have known as CEO or not commented on) serves his character poorly at best does it not?

So by TF saying at the forums that the players were never in Ltd and that ALL were in holdings he was telling the truth?
Oh i must have misunderstood him....:thinking about:

You have more likely mis-heard what he said. He never said the players were never registered in the books of Limited. Actually he used a significant amount of words in trying to describe how they were once registered in Limited - and why - but now they were in Holdings.
We do know that not all players were in Holdings though as there were assets relating to player contracts according to the first report from Appelton.

The most shocking thing is we only made about £200,000 profit(in fact a bit less than that) on the sale of Danny Fox.

Now that's fucking criminal.

Pre Fisher or not, he knew the details of the players registration and did not tell us the truth
