Okay, so the Embargo has been lifted, we are no free to get the players in SISU have said we can get. So the question is......
How many do we all think we will get?
Or do you think SISu are lying again!! No fence sitter's

ME? I reckon they realise that selling/releasing everything without replacement is bad move!! So i am going for 4 - 6 ADDITIONAL players to the squad as it sits today. I also think Keogh and Cranie will go, so in reality 6 - 8 new faces.

I have said all along that we will get players. The club was never going to close. I agree 6 is about right. Keogh may start the season with us.

^^^ I take it that you think Cranie may go? I hope Keogh convinces him to stay and signing players persuades him, but of the 2 he is biggest doubt.

I think as a free agent he will get a better offer.

If you take every thing emotive out of the equation ie; loathing of SISU,player loyalty,fan expection etc ,purely on benefiting the club in the here and now in this division you'd have to say we need 8-10 in with the expectation of three or four out.By my reckoning we're around £2m. short for the budget for the season ,the outgoing being Keogh circa £1m. Bigi +Willis £1m. combined.

I reckon we need 6-8 players. But I expect to get 2 or 3. You know what we are like, even if what SISU is saying is legit and we bid\offer contracts to 6 players, we still need hope those players choose us over other clubs and even then we need to act fast and get them to sign the contract. Recent history doesn't bode well and fans remember that.

Keogh, Cranie and Bigi will go, we may be allowed about 3 free replacements and then hope the likes of Wood and McPake etc can stay fit.

I think we need about 7 or 8, but I think we'll get 2 or 3 and lose another 3 or 4 of our existing squad.

I take it the one out is on top of Clingan and Platt who have already gone.

So one out of Cranie, Bigi, Willis, McPake, ROD and Keogh?
