Everyone is starting to do my tits in, all you do is moan about everything. Yes the way things are aint good but god dam it live with it. If you don't want to go to sixfields to watch home games then don't you are making your stance and good on ya. If you wanna go then go its your right to do what you like no matter what others think we are not in school! What has happened to our club has been highlighted as much as will be. I don't like it you don't like it but live with it. Not going to change is it? Can we not look at positives? We are playing good football our manager seems to be happy here.

We may well be playing good football, trouble is, next to no-one is there to see it.

After years and years and years of abject failure, fans are going to rightly moan if the team are doing well but not even playing in their home city and they aren't watching the games.

It's like a double slap in the face. Take the club away from the fans and then the club start doing well.

I'm sure the moaning is getting on everyone's nerves, but you have to say it is totally understandable given the circumstances.

Fry.....well done a flipant and non constructive comment!
Yes its like a massive kick in the nuts to us fans, been happening for years and years. We still need to be positive for the players. We will not change what sisu do. Voice are opinion when we can. But come on constant threads which are negative. Jesus Christ stop licking your wounds and get on with it.

1. You've just added to the list of negative threads. Well done
2. We have a club in disarray playing 34 miles away in Northampton so I think we have reason to be negative

It's not just expressing an opinion though is it? It's repeatedly expressing the same one aggressively and with no respect for other people's opinions.
In fact it seems to have descended into a SISU Scabs vs Lazy/Untrue boycotters in every thread on here without exception.
I can't set foot in Sixfields myself but if people want to then fair play to them. We don't actually know if SISU will move us back or if NOPM will be on any benefit yet, but we all act like our opinion must be the the right one, despite little/no evidence.
Unfortunately the OP is right...

Unfortunately he isn't right. This is a football forum about Coventry City. If I want to come on here and have a good old moan about the current situation then I am perfectly entitled to do so. If you disagree with what I am saying then fine, but he seems to be advocating some sort of censorship.

I certainly didn't mean censorship. It just gets ridiculous coming on here and seeing the same arguments in most topics, regardless of what the original post was about. It's why so many people have stopped posting here recently because it's getting to the stage of what's the point?

What your saying does make sense, but its difficult not to moan when the main thing in some people's lives is taken away.
Yes the Football is great, I watch from the Hill and that's my way of dealing with this mess but do understand how hard it is not to constantly moan

Assuming correlation between attendance figures Ricoh V Sixfield- 80+% of supporters on this forum don't now watch the home games at Sixfield (Regrettably I'm one)- thus 80% on this forum cannot comment on the apparent excellent football being played. On this basis whilst the OP's observations are perhaps accurate-i.e most threads soon become debates about off field matters its not a huge surprise is it?
This is the most important season in the clubs history for I fear at the end of it unless a solution can be found to the offfield drama's, implosion and extinction is a very real possibility for CCFC.
Sorry OP the footy takes somewhat of a back seat against this circumstance and as an obvious antidote as per Astute- don't read the forum for a while if it upsets you so much? (polite).

Look - the point you make is one made many times about negativity by many of us (self included). We must remember that with so many posts/threads about the same subject(s) it's likely that most of us will not read every post/thread...just the occasional ones that catch our eye...such as "moan moan moan"...& then ignore others. Also there are serial posters who dumb-down all threads they contribute to with either vitriol, mocking, abuse, idiocy (sometimes a matter of opinion), adding to their 15mins of fame, sarcasm or divisive wind-ups etc.
You get to spot the individuals & tone, just like in a pub debate...& choose when to leave/avoid the thread.

Accept it! Some just do like to moan & they believe the adage that if you repeat something often enough, it sticks...hence you might wish to select the threads you read & contribute to more carefully.

I think you'll find so many people have stopped posting on here because they are no longer attending and therefore have nothing to talk about.

Considering that about 70% of posts used to be about the team on the pitch and predictions and ratings and individual performances and how well we played in matches and now 80% of City supporters are no longer going up to games it's no wonder people are posting less or in some cases, not at all.

I don't post much at all these days. When it comes to the team and how we are playing I have nothing to say because I have no idea how we are playing and cannot offer my own opinion on how we played or how individual players are doing.

I do not believe it is because of the talk about the off field situation. People are pissed off with the situation and more likely to not post because of the situation itself, rather than because people are talking about it.
