You sound like you're trying to convince yourself. Me, I don't care about what Wimbledon fans now think about MK franchise, I'm interested in what we're going through now, if you can't see the irony, fair enough. I can.

I love the way that people pick and choose what they consider to be "ironic".

It appears that it is "ironic" for Coventry fans who won't go to Sixfields, to follow the team to MK - however it is not "ironic" for posters who protest (rightly in my view) that Coventry fans should not be criticised for "supporting their team" at Sixfields, to then criticise Coventry fans for "supporting their team" at MK.

As long as we all agree that MK is not showing SISU what they could have, then we can probably find a truce somewhere and all agree to live and let live

When Wimbledon were being moved to MK I went on a demonstration with their fans there were fans of lots of other clubs there as well. On our march there were only to my knowledge only two Wimbledon fans and no others. At sixfields teams are bringing their fans who dont give a shit about our situation so now I dont give a shit about any other team I also dont care what other people think 'I'm going to be part of an away following that will be four times greater than so called "home " following now that really is ironic:thinking about:

I've been quite concerned from the start that the MK model was more likely to be on SISU's radar than the Brentford or Rotherham ones that TF referred to.

In fact given the "spineless acquiescence" of the FL (spot the value judgement ), I've been waiting to hear about JS and TF spending long business trips in Dublin........

However, for me, that doesn't excuse the hypocrisy of the way that some people attempt to suggest that others are acting in a hypocritical way.

But yeah, I'm happy to live and let live

I understand people talking about the hypocrisy of the masses attending mk but ffs if anybody deserves a party after the shit we've been through ,we do.
There is nothing we can do for the old Wimbledon that was.
Let's be selfish, enjoy ourselves and have a day to remember !!!!

Aren't you doing just that, by calling those that call those going to MK dons hypocrites, hypocrytes?

Unbelievable CCFC fans, a thread starts off about how many tickets we have sold and by the end of the thread it's turns into how bad SISU are and how shit the fans going to Shitfields are.
For the record I love City . 50 years of supporting my sky blues. Do not go to Shitfields . Been to most of the away games . Went to Bradford . Taking mates to MK Dons.if you go to " home games" fine if you go to away away games even better. Letter unite as a unit of Sky Blue Fans and supporters and forget all the crap infighting " who is better than " who.give MK the biggest away support they have seen and cheer till you are hoarse. I bought my 12 tickets from the ccfc website ( which was a first ). Friends together . PUSB CTID
Happy birthday Wednesday . Never post when you've had a drink ,hic

why, on earth, do we have to endlessly debate, whether to go to certain football matches,
i, personally will follow CCFC, i, am unfortunately, not in a position to attend N'hampton,
i, further, consider it totally alien to the ethos of supporting CCFC,
however, given the opportunity, i will travel to follow / support, MY team,
on a personal level, i think it is sad that some should berate fellow fans,
when, all of our current mess has been caused by various dubious levels of greed,
the abhorrent side, being that WE, CCFC fans, are treated like 'dung',
it is clear that those in various positions of power / sway, will only fight their own corner,
yet, for GODS sake, we, fans of the club are ignored,
rant, or statement over,
GIVE US OUR CLUB BACK,
PUSB

Negative comments again, you need to be positive and your sense of smell is weird as hypocrisy has no smell.

I see the anti ACL mob have been trying a bit of political spin again.
It must be hard when you no longer have an enemy to snipe at. The fact being that ACL no longer have anything to do with our club.

Unless of course SISU want to invest some money and get us back to the Ricoh.
I can't recall anyone making a case for hypocrisy before the tickets went on sale?

The away support for MK Dons will send a message to fisher and seppala, yes fans could travel to Northampton but they are in a minority, the bulk of fans won't travel to a "home" game 35 miles away!
Keep cov in cov, see sense sisu and get back to cov, if you want the Ricoh pay the market value if not sell the club to someone who does.

I must remember when I next want to sell my house, that it would be pointless to even try unless there has been a queue of potential buyers camped outside with their sleeping bags and flasks for a number of weeks........

Ah the old favourite line of Stuart Linnell.

At least three different groups have expressed an interest in purchasing the club in the last two years.

I am no SISU fan, but equally there is no white knight. How long have we been waiting for that??

Parties showed interest, but that means absolutely nothing. Nobody came in with a higher bid than Otium. All the parties were developers/investors. I wonder why they want the club? It is not just to hand the club millions, and even it were, many true Chelsea fans are not that happy with the Abramovich control.

SISU should see that there is still a loyal fan base (customers) and recognise the mistakes that they have made to date. They should be honest that they want to make money out of the club, after all, the way to do that is to get to the PL, which will clearly please everybody!

The council should do a deal on the Ricoh, if SISU can show how they will move the club forward. This should not mean sell the taxpayers silver for nothing. There all sorts of solutions to deal with all sorts of triggers.

I had planned to give this game a swerve because yes i didn't want to be a hypocrite, because of what happened to Wimbledon is in the process of happening to us !!!
Obviously i would prefer us to use a game away from sixfields as a protest to prove we can mobilize a big support. It is ironic though as some have suggested that the game is mk dons, but i think this could help with the publicity factor.
Now that afc Wimbledon have taken a big crowd along and with an added bonus of pissing off Grendel and Co, i have decided to change my stance on this game and will be there !!!!!!!!

time wasters the lot of them

no one in their right mind would "invest" in this club right now

Quite right - the logic seems to be that because we can muster a big away turnout a couple of times a season then we are a big club in waiting - if only we were owned by decent people. Would love to believe this but its not really true is it?

Of course they didn't. Sisu were buying the club from themselves, they could afford to bid whatever they liked. Left hand paid the right hand.

Other groups bid what the club was worth.

Some may not bid if the current owners have no intention of selling. I don't know?
