I'm still stunned this is all happening. Words fail that it has come to this. Winkleman @ Wimbledon did EXACTLY that same thing when he initially took the Dons to the hockey stadium. He knew that the majority of supporters would oppose the move - "We are sorry that the majority of support will not come with us" he sighed. Sound familiar? Fisher knows that around 2000 will still travel. People may disagree with that figure, but cheap ST's will turn heads of some to get their CCFC fix. SISU obviously think Winklemans business 'model' is logical and sound. Is isn't. Its morally wrong. This new ground wont happen. We'll have 2 seasons of planning permission wrangling horsesh*t, and then we'll either be merged with Northampton in their expanded stadium (12000 capacity - wow!), or they may get the Ricoh on the cheap. Unfortunately to keep the club in Cov, this may be the best option. Either way, a generation will not see their local team play and many of us will never forgive SISU for going down this route. ACL are not blameless, but SISU are all about profit. They don't care about us. They care about their investors. They are looking 10 years ahead. In football world, that is an eternity. After 12 years of utter garbage, we are now being submitted to this fiasco. I think us fans have every right to feel sorry for ourselves. Rant over. PUSB.
