Wouldn't be surprised if they do that on a game by game basis with the agreement of both clubs involved.As games can be played if there are 14 available players per team, why not reduce potential fixture congestion by not having an international break in the EFL? Asking for a friend.

Really? For a 19.45 kick off the following day on a journey just over 1hr 30 mins.
