I don’t like being knocked out but I’m not too fussed when we do get knocked out the league cup. We’ve been atrocious in it since I’ve supported them.

Some reasonable bits at times, but he needs to be a lot more disciplined.
I know this game doesn't matter, and the second half performance generally was reasonable, but the manner of the goals that we give away really piss me off.
We've essentially conceded two goals to a team that barely carried a goal threat, and that's not that unusual. The defending at set-plays is really, really poor. We're not challenging unless we sort that out.
Also, all of our own corners are looped in. No variety and easy to defend.

As long as Thomas isn't injured ( not sure why subbed) then I'm happy to have looked better second half and avoided any injuries. Not fussed about losing ( as long as we turn up on Saturday.

My take is we need the injured players back asap! As soon as we had pretty much our first team out there the game changed! Had too much to do by that time thoughMy take from today is I’m so happy with our first team. It was like a cheat code when they came on. This is going to be a very good season.

Until then, we weren’t particularly troubled and our 2nd goal was massive, especially after we gave away a stupid, needless penalty and Wright pulled a goal back for you.
All in all, happy with the performance, even more so when we didn’t bring on our big guns to counter yours.
