Shame the BBC cut short the Ann Lucas interview at the interesting bit, and Tim must have had a lost weekend as the scruffy git couldn't be bothered to have a shave.

Tim is taking the case to the court of appeal, Lucas will recover costs and wants a chat with Joy. Interview was cut short as Ann called on the FL to intervene to return CCFC to Cov, not sure what she was referring to-possibly the £1m bond .

Just saw Fisher on the news. He looked like a bag of shit. And the crap that he spouts makes him a joke. How can anyone take this fool seriously. Suddenly he knows more about the law than the judge. Someone needs to knock some sense into him and his pathetic cronies.

Lucas is correct. The council have now won the same argument twice so why rerun it a third time and waste more money on lawyers? SISU have lost, live with it and move on, FFS. The club is probably terminally ill anyway, continuing this squabble just makes the pain worse.

Isn't there an element of irony in that SISU wanted to take the council to court for using tax payers money (which none of SISU probably contribute to in the first place), yet appeal after appeal, court case after court case is also using tax payers money for nonsical reasons?
