Although he seemed like completely the wrong sort of appointment to me that's the club's fault, not his.. Although the way he left Coventry wasn't good IMO so I guess he has to take responsibility for that.
My first impression was that, after Lillis had managed to fire everyone up a bit and get that little bit more out of the players, we'd just gone out and got another Grayson. I thought to myself 'if he's given the players that same impression we're in deep trouble'. He seems to have zero charisma, zero inspiration and to be honest so far I've not seen him look anything other than gutted to be here.
