Yes. Saw this 5 minute interview yesterday, where he says he was CCFC, his kids were CCFC and a lot of his friends are CCFC. Couldn't have made his feelings any clearer.Quite an emotional watch! Top man.

I reckon he wanted to finish his playing career at City, so it’s a bit of a shame from that point of view as well.

I really hope he returns here in a coaching capacity, once he finally hangs up his boots.

Didn’t like him first time round

Love the guy now. Not often that happens in football. A well deserved spot on coaching staff for when he retires would be great

Loved that interview.
He almost mentioned nearly all of our non-community days attendance by person.
Christ, I didn't know we had that many fans.
Good luck Michael and you would be definitely welcomed back to a coaching role with open arms when you finish playing and done your coaching badges. Can you imagine him in the changing rooms or o the training pitch if one of the players doesn't play with any passion

No - what's not to like. Genuine guy, raised money for the Coventry homeless, and gave us a fantastic season last year, For the Notts County away game alone last year he gets the freedom of the City for me - never been so pumped up at a game, Wembley included.

Yes I don’t disagree with any of that. He’s not dead though he’s moved to a club an hour up the road cause he wasn’t good enough to make our starting line up. All these eulogies are a bit cringey

Didn't realise they had JOB too. Solid middle that for L2. Certainly shouldn't go down. A big feisty too have to hope its nitcanother Robert Page scenario.

I think he was plenty good enough but having said that I also think Meyler will prove to be an upgrade vs this stage of his career. I still also think with a full pre-season that Ogogo would've come good too. I'm far more concerned about other areas.

CCFC legend. 7th all time highest appearance player. We should get him coaching with us when he’s retired.
He will instil leadership and standards.
