Mercia / free radio match day live (1 Viewer)

I found an article stating that Mercia were going to start broadcasting live skyblue matches but I can't seem to find how to listen to it.

I live out of the area and therefore cannot listen to bbc cov&warks broadcasts so was quite excited when I thought I would be able to listen through Mercia. However obviously I still have to find the broadcast online but I cant work out how to find it as the website says its on 1359am!!??

The former Mercia had live games last season but for some reason that's stopped so you've got to tune into Gold.

I think since they changed to
Free radio they didn't renew their licence or something so their sister station gold broadcasts it now !

The online broadcast will be blocked just like with BBC CWR. Only option is to pay with Sky Blue Player I'm afraid

Thanks for your help guys.

I seem to be able to stream Gold 1359 on TuneIn but it's just playing music. It doesn't seem to block the game like CWR does if i am on the correct one. Does anyone know a link to the correct Gold stream so I can check if I can listen out of area or not?

It's nothing to do with not renewing the licence. Basically on football on FM (commercial radio that is) in brings in less listeners. Remember not everyone in Coventry and Warwickshire is a footy fan as they are more interested in the music.

By the way Gold 1359am will be become free radio 80's from 4th of Sept with test transmission on Friday 31st August.
