Calm down lads and remember what’s what here,we are not competing with these teams now some of you are getting a picture of the level we are at,we’re in a mini league of 6-8 max we need to finish 4th bottom.Have a look at the next 6-8 games and just know there will be more games like this.

There are 6 or so teams at the top end who will worry every manager... The rest is fair game and we must try and compete and nick some points from the 50/50 matches

They literally had £120,000,000 of signings against us plus three players that were undisclosed fees and Lerma alone probably earns in a week what our entire squad does. The financial gap is ridiculous and needs addressing.
Bournemouth will be getting Parachute Payments while top flight clubs won’t bail out clubs that are going bankrupt.
A club Bournemouth’s size can’t be in line with FFP Regulations and actual action needs to be taken. Maybe the answer is salary and fee caps but no one has the balls to enforce anything.
We will win, lose and draw this season but remember we are a young side that will develop and progress as the season goes on.

Yes we should have beaten Barnsley. That was a missed opportunity. We should have gotten a point against Bristol City as well. Bournemouth were the best team that we've played so far. It could have been worse than 3-1. But I feel we should have played a little bit smarter and not given away the ball so cheaply several times throughout the match. Hamer should have kept his cool and not stupidly lashed out so close to the referee (what an idiot). But I am not deterred. This is a lesson learned.

The difference from last season is that there’s a lot of shoulds and coulds. In League 1 we would just win games no problem.

not at the races today im afraid! Harmer was quite inefectual today and if you look at the 3 goals i suspect he was part of the problem and not surprised he got sent off either cos he was getting fustrated with himself because he seemed to lack any pace and the game was passing him by.

We were outclassed today by ex prem players, we were carrying a few players without naming and shaming but if you watched the game then you will know.
They only finished playing last season a couple of months ago but we have had 6 months off, put into perspective if Usain Bolt hadn't trained for 6 months he would have been a mere mortal !!! We have a few players that fitness is all important for their game, so as disappointing as it is to lose we definitely lost to a better team...lessons learnt...hopefully

Well it’s not and it’s a 46 game competition. We’ll be fine, but we’ve got to accept that there are a lot of teams who are better than, and we’re going to lose most of our games.

Exactly we've only really looked out of place against a team of 100m worth of talent. We were unlucky against Brizzol. Beat a QPR team that were tipped to entertain this year. Barnsley was a shame but a point away from home is OK.

The next 3 fixtures are fecking brutal and now harder due to Hamer losing his mind. I do

Just hope we can keep our heads up even if it's 0 points from 4.

I have to say it does make me facepalm when people say ‘a team as big as Bournemouth’

it wasn’t so long they were scraping football league survival, along with being on the deadline to save their club, on the verge of being liquidated, fans and staff out before the games With donations buckets to try raise money to save the club

There will be a huge chunk of the season where games are like the Barnsley and QPR games where they are there to go and win and we have to makesure we do.

This seasons about survival. There will be many games, like today, when we are just not good enough. But as long as we compete, and get points, against teams that will finish in the bottom third then we should be ok. After that we can strengthen again and be even more competitive next year.

Bournemouth had players sitting on the bench who probably earn more in a week then some of our first team players earn in a year. We've looked pritty comfortable at this level before tonight.

Tonight was an established Premiership side vs a league 1 side, not disappointed plenty of points to be earned during the season!

Don’t worry. We will all calm down as we have 2 weeks off. Then we face Brentford who played Fulham off the pitch the other day and have the Championship Messi in their team.

Things chance quickly, esp when new rich owners get involved. Blackburn were rubbish before Jack Walker then won the league. Chelsea were bang average pre Abramovich and Harding bought the club for a tenner before him. 20 or so years ago Man City were in L1 now everyone's saying they're failure is because they've not won the Champions League.

They’re not a bigger club but they’re a better team and that’s all what what matters in football

Bournemouth are a bigger team than us by pretty much every metric. Not saying I'm happy about it, or will last forever, but it's true right now.
