McPake Hanging On To Scotland Dream
Coventry City defender James McPake remains confident that one day his dream of playing for his native Scotland will come true.

McPake has yet to be picked for a Scottish national side and told the CT: "It's obviously a dream of mine to play for Scotland. "I was close a few times at the end of last season but that's at the back of my mind right now because my main concern is staying fit and keeping in the Coventry team.

"I want to help the club get as high as we can and if Scotland come calling that's fine.
"I haven't been on standby yet but they have been in contact with my agent to say that they are happy with things and that they are watching me, and always watching me.
"I just need to wait and see.
"If they do they do but if they don't they don't and it's not meant to be."
