Good manager, can see another Wolves scenario happening here. Cant see any one coming in and turning it around McD was their best hope!

Agree that it is a ridiculous decision.

He did brilliantly to get Reading into the Premier and now no doubt the board suddenly expect the club to be able to compete with Man U and Chelsea and Arsenal and Man City and Spurs etc.

looks an iffy decision, then again so did the Adkins and thats seems to have been ok.

Time will tell, Bet Reading are gutted at the timing, they could of got SP a few weeks back! :facepalm:

its a results business and he wasn't producing, doesn't feel right but a fresh approach could help them although I think it is too late for them.
