How come people seem to be pointing fingers at the council, they are trying to deal with the secretive slime bags that are sisu. If sisu want to buy the stadium let's see the colour of there money. I personaly wouldn't sell it to them, but that's what the majority seem to want , so make an offer no more games Seppala, over to you.

Lets get back to the 600k that you said ACL had lost out on and you know because you are a smart tool then?

cva deal would have given them £590,000 back most reports suggested

And they have still got the same amount from SISU. Otherwise the golden share wouldn't have gone back to SISU.

Are people deliberately missing the point ??

Sisu are the most to blame for it all but without doubt the move out of Coventry

Most agree on this

CCc say they will do anything to get CCfc playing in Coventry, well they haven't yet and time is moving on.

I personally don't want them to do everything but I do want them to do more. Reduce the rent offer, offer f&b and possibly in time ownership of part. Sisu can either accept or reject publically.

There may be issues that are relevant to legal action but I'm not certain or trained

What is wrong with that?

Wasn't stating the council would get 1m mate, was simply asking the question. And certainly am not tieing people who think this into also believing admin would mean SISU exiting???

You are assuming things.

But the ball is not in their court now is it? All this only came about with a long drawn out refusal to pay the agreed rental contract in full, that was SISU's biggest mistake and revealed their allegeded intentions of distressing ACL. If they had kicked up but still paid the rent at the same time then the bitterness and resentment may have been kept out of negotiations.

But according to Nikki Sinclair on her Twitter and Blog they did keep paying the rent!

What benefit do the ratepayers in Coventry get out of the Ricoh at present?

Well the council make a minor profit out of the loan.
