Is it that Marosi said he was one of the toughest players?

I think he would have done very well if he manages to get a League 2 club

Nah I think he could get a League 2 club fairly easily if he wanted to.

Is this the big news?

Asked if there is anything in the pipeline today for Biamou and fellow forward, Gervane Kastaneer, the City boss told CoventryLive: “No, nothing.”

However, he added: “I think certainly in terms of Max, there is interest in him but as of yet there’s nothing that has sort of made us or Max decide that it’s the right course of action.

“I am not in any rush to move Max out because he is a player who has done brilliantly for me and the football club.

“He absolutely loves it here and the supporters have a great relationship with Max.”

As to the reason why he could be moving on, Robins explained: “As I have said before, sometimes the finances of a football club determine some of the decisions that are made.

As Sky Blue Sam is too fat to be a remodel I'm happy to convert Max into the mascot positon if needed.

Hopefully CT not resorting to their usual clickbait crap again

That's been the case all summer...
Robins sees Max as surplus to requirements, club would like him to leave to save cash but player is reluctant to go/hasn't yet found a move that suits.

A year or so ago at the Southam Supporters Club meeting someone asked Max who would win in a fight between the squad. Max looked him in bewilderment, as if the question had been was there anyone French in the team. He shrugged in a Gallic way and said, “that would be me” as if it was so obvious as to hardly need saying.

Sad to see him go if rumours are true, his future definately lies elsewhere.

Remember his crucial goal at Newport Away, as he does come on as Sub and scored a cracking finish to salvage a great point.
After being soaked for 2 hours in that horrendous stand, made the long journey home bearable. Random memory.

Would like to have kept him. He is ideal for a Giles cross and has always given 100% and scored some important goals. 4th choice or not we are an injury or 2 away from needing him.

Said it before I think Max is the ideal player to chuck on last 10 mins as a plan D, He may not be a starter but cant be on much and is a good game saving option.

Cant think of many players we have had at any level that has had so many WTF game changing moments, bicycle kicks mad volleys, howitzers from 30 yrds.

He has scored 11 league goals with 7 of them being in League 2, I don’t see how it’s ridiculous really

He played twice as many games in L2 tho - wasn't given a chance in L1 really especially with his injury.

Up there with Gillingham/Morecambe/Accrington and FGR for Away ends.

This is Max always gets a few brownie points for celebrating and spending time with us at the end of games.

I'm not having this argument with you. You have made your feelings on Max crystal clear - its almost like he slept with your Mrs or something. You haven't got a fucking clue

But you said he is easily league 1 standard - based on what evidence or is he sleeping with you?

Would be sad to see him go and feel it would be a mistake unless we can replace with better.

If he does go he would certainly strengthen Bristol Rovers.

We only play with 1 striker. Godden, Walker and Bakayoko would all have to get injured for him to be considered
