I reckon he’s had no more than 20 chances. Kane had 4 today and scored 1

How many chances did we create today? Our midfield doesn't create enough and don't score enough. We're basically relying on McNulty to pull one out the bag.

We play with little width, we play too deep and too slow, we either over play or we we hit and hope. How many times did we get a midfielder in possession in between their defence and midfield? And that breakaway from their corner shows why you need a right footer on the right wing, I can't even blame JMD for that terrible cross/pass.

Like we did with nazon to score a worldie

Look at how stanley picked us apart in the away game and for their first

There's no plan at all.

This.

He hardly misses any chances. The midfield do not create a thing.

By having a midfield with the the likes of Kelly, Doyle, Shipley and Vincenti in each week, it really isn't surprising. Losing Jones and Andreu was disastrous.

I do agree largely, yet in both windows we didn't get the targets we were after.
I've no Idea why not?

Which targets though? Craig Davies wouldn't have done much today either.

There's no plan or anything. No trying to exploit weaknesses.

How many chances did we create for him today?
He was comfortably are best player, not saying much I know.
The charge of not going their job could be levelled more deservedly at DKE, the two centre halves, Kelly, Bayliss and JMD.

Anyone who watched the game today and is fair minded would know that Biamou played well today and was deservedly City MoM. He is a good footballer who holds the ball well and brings others into play. He is not Cyrille or Dion and he certainly doesn’t score enough goals, but to label him as useless and the cause of the last two defeats seems to me very unfair and completely wide of the mark.

Robins did the typical Coventry manager thing of gambling on players in the hope that they may come good. Both Maguire-Drew and Barratt have been gambles which so far haven't paid off.

Every season we do the same. Last season it was Yakubu and Foley, the year before was Darius Henderson and Stephan Hunt.

It’s not Biamou fault he just doing what he is told , we as in those that have played and watched football know the root cause , it’s not Biamou fault

What's the issue then?

The reason as has been all season Robins does not know his best team , even with injuries and coughs colds the shites and everything else he should have contingency, he has a massive squad for this league , almost too many options but the key is there is no squad cohesion and relying on stopping a goal to scoring one . If the stopping a goal becomes a problem he has no tactical awareness to gaining a goal. It’s all down to the shape of the team and associated it’s set up . I am not Biamou fan but today of all days could have worked really well for him but Robins failed to ultiluae the resource he has . He knows this and I hope someone in CCFC who has the authority tells him asks him why. Hey the players we have are not that bad

I watched the game today Nick Biamou gets the ball in the air (big guy ) but even if he wins it which he did quite often even Eisa would not have a clue which way to run he only seems to head the ball on no sense of direction. Hence 4 assists all season ;You keep talking about todays game it has been the same all season . People keep saying he played well today even I will admit he was 1 of our better players today not much competition, he put the effort in but so do loads of players on park pitches do every weekend. No end product sorry.

He had a good game and was our best player today I thought. No disrespect to him as he’s worked extremely hard to improve but if our best player in a game is Biamou then we’re not going to win many

Agreed
The players have not lost talent , they just don’t know how to play together and as a team

Biamou was making some tidy knock downs today but had absolutely no one gambling or reading any of them. Thought he was very good today.
No impetus from central midfield. Kelly seems to turn in circles.

One thing I know, if Ponticelli had started as many games as Biamou, he'd have more than one goal.

At least when Nazon was here we had a potential scorer on the bench, cannot believe people are still calling for Ponticelli the lads not ready yet

And he never will be ready if he doesn't get any game time!

He's a different type of striker... we'd have no outlet if Ponticelli was up too with McNulty so his return would be low.

The proof of a good footballer will be his career - who seriously thinks this guy will ever get another pro contract in England

“Lack of goals is a bit of an issue”

Fucking hell
