I was looking for a birthday present for me 'ma', and thought about matchday hospitality at the Ricoh. Has anyone had experience of this - i.e. for 2 people rather than as a business? Would you recommend it?

I have had a few as I usually do this for my dad.

I have done the Jaguar lounge which was fantastic. You have a 3 course lunch (you have a set menu of 2/3 choices) and is bought out to you within minutes. You get a match day program, team sheet, MOTM interview and a fantastic seat.

It cost me about £60.00 incl. VAT after discount with season ticket.

Very good experience and recommend it.

Infact I am planning on doing it again for the Fleetwood game

Absolutely! Get a car A ticket to make this a perfect day. I only do hospitality now at 74 years of age and supporter since 1952. Recommended

One thing to check is what is going on in the arena / non-footballing events. Sometimes it can get a bit overrun in the upper lounges if the lower ones are being used elsewhere. A mate of mine has hospitality (not Jag) and he says that there's about 8 times a season when Legends is out of action which has a knock-on effect filling up where he is. Not sure if Jag would be affected but worth a check when deciding which game.

Catering is good tho'.
