Has anybody else bought some? They aren't actually tickets so you usually need to decide on a game where you want to go and either go to Gallagher or the Ricoh before the game and exchange them for match tickets.

Does anybody know if they work on cash turnstyles?

They are supposed to but when I used some the turnstyles wouldnt take them. Had to go to ticket office. Hopefully they've sorted it now.

Just so I know whether to have to go to the ticket office tomorrow or risk it by going to a cash turnstyle.

I don't want to be the annoying person who goes in and holds the queue up for ages

With the season ticket you just rip a page out and hand it in at the turn style.
So do you not just hand it in?

It says on it "This is not a match ticket" and says to be exchanged for a ticket but if they are selling tickets on the cash turnstyles I didn't know if it would work there or not.

Yeah I was expecting a mini season ticket type thing where you just hand one of them in to go in. I'll just go into the store this time to swap it and then ask.

Ask them if they can swap them all for you if you know the matches you are attending.

I don't think all of the tickets will be on sale yet so couldn't see how they can. I will just ask if they will work in the cash turnstyles, can't see why they shouldn't.

Very true and if there is only one person in the club shop again at 2pm on a matchday I will be frustrated.

it worked fine when ticket office was at ricoh because that was run well, i used to swing by at 12 and get tickets on the day

To be fair, if you leave it until 2pm on match day you can expect to cut it fine.
