i think when you pick your seat it asks you to choose adultm, young adult, child etc and there should be one at bottom that has a * next to it and says £0.00 or something similar

Also had problems with the match packages. Got one at the weekend on the website but there's been no option online all week to actually get a ticket under this package, no £0.00 option, nothing. Emailed club who acknowledged there were "issues". Was told to ring a number if i wanted to use one of my matches for Notts Co this Sat - countless calls, no answer. In the end I went to the Butts Park ticket office earlier today to get a paper ticket printed there for Sat!

& of course i paid a £3.60 service charge for this ....errr, service!

3.60?????? it should be a straight swap

this is pathetic from the club, no doubt an apologist will be here soon to tell you not to get your knickers in a twist etc

and before anyone says ticketmaster, the club need to be on them to get things resolved asap. its first match of season, need to capitalise on fans wanting to come.

That doesn't sound right. Surely you've already paid so you should just get the ticket not pay another charge.

Yep, there would have been a charge on buying the match package.

What was that £3.60 for for an individual match?

Sorry for being thick but if I purchase a 12 match package for £156 (O A P ) I should be able to print a ticket off when I chose to go at no extra cost as I cannot see anything saying otherwise on the website.(no small print). The website says £156 nothing about any extra charge.Surely there would not be a charge of £3.60 on any individual ticket.

Sorry all, probably didn't make that clear. The £3.60 is the service charge City/Ticketmaster put on when you buy a match package at the outset.
The Butts ticket office staff were helpful & issued me a ticket for tomorrow with no additional charge. My gripe is more that the club promote the online aspect of ticket sales as the preferred/best option for us all & then it doesn't work in the week leading up to the new season. Luckily I was able to visit the ticket office in person but not everyone will be able to do that.

In "theory" it should be simple to do it online with a match package. Just order a 12 game match package, then when the game is on sale you use a match package credit and print your ticket off and job done.

That's why it should be easier than having to have shit loads of staff in the ticket office so people can just do that without going anywhere, that's just assuming Ticketmaster is working...

they just need to put a marker on your account to say 12 free tickets

last year it worked, there was a 0.00 option when you chose your seat

will sort it by next game hopefully

When the packages were launched on the 14th July it said that a week later they would put out a family package perhaps it been posted but I cannot see it anywhere .Would have thought it should have come out at the same time better to get 3 or 4 bums on seats as they say especially as 1 or 2 would be younger ones whom we need.

I asked earlier, there shouldn't be any more fees after the match package.

Online tickets for match packages seem to be working now, unless you want a kids ticket. When I tried to buy 2 adult and an under 13 with my match package wouldn't let me complete as it said I needed to add an adult for each junior (I had double the required adults). Ticketmaster are supposed to do this as their main business.

The Ticketmaster system has given me a fairly poor experience so far. Wouldn't let me assign a young adult 18-21 match pack to somebody that was 19 years old but would allow a 16-18 ticket to be assigned? I let the club know and they just said tell it to ticketmaster..

That's before you get started on the ticket service charge per ticket. I know it's only a quid but it adds up. I bought two tickets for Notts County and two for Blackburn which is £4 straight off the bat, first week of the season.

Can you just hand them over on the turnstile? Unless you're desperate to sit somewhere in particular might as well do that. Not like its packed and you won't have a choice of seats.
