Yeah, but it has been hinted at quite a lot about him moving hasn't it. Been endless posts about his wife not settling etc

Just all rumour though as far as I am aware. I have never bought those stories, because there is always so much conjecture and rumour and gossip about players and most of the time, there is nothing in it

Can't see why we would need another striker, when we already have 3, all scoring, though

I really rate the bloke and don't want him to go anywhere.

Anyway, as a sidenote maybe we DO need another goalscorer.

Just been reading up on the local non-league side here, Folkestone Invicta, and I saw that a player named Jonathan Lawson last Saturday, became the 21st scorer for Invicta this season.

Non-league football is mad.

I also just looked at appearances for Folkestone.

47 players have played for them so far this season.

I posted the other day that Boro have confirmed in The Gazette they have scouted him but will not be pursuing anything in January. Wolves have confirmed the sale of Strand Larsen to Crystal Palace for £50m and will require replacements and will definitely have the money but for me they need better than this guy although they probably know deep down they're in the Championship next season and preparing for then. I'd actually like this guy, okay not a fantastic goalscoring record but he's big, strong, quick and physical which is what we need because Haji and Simms do not use their size properly and under Frank he'd get this guy firing.
