unfortunately i know someone quite well who did the same thing and he still maintains it wasn't his fault and she "set" him up, the basis for this was because she had time to dial 999 before the beating started and the whole event was recorded by the operator and provided as evidence in the court case.
he kept us up in the season he was with us and is a great striker. I bet none of you were complaining when he was banging in goals for us about the fact it hit a woman. look at collymore he has a very respectable job on radio and he battered ulrika johnson. gazza he's still loved
but it clearly didn't bother many as attendances didn't change whilst he was here and only one person returned there season ticket
I agree obviously put a clause in his contract that if he gets convicted his contract is terminated without us having to pay it offsign him up

I am fully against violence against women, but then recently there was a case in Coventry of a female thug beating an old man up...would you hit her if she set about YOU? Would that have impact on people's view about Marlon if he had what some might call provocation?

No way do I want him back. I was happy for him to be here last time. He had done his time and hoped he would have changed his ways. This is not so. He hit someone with his car and did not know how serious their injuries were when he drove off. Not as bad as that twat we signed from WBA. Not far off it with what he has done though.
Look as a whole on what he has done. Do you hit women? I never have done, and have been attacked by a few over the years. If a bloke tries it with me he will get it back with interest though. We could also do without any more distractions at our club. We have enough problems that need dealing with already.
