Are most fans stupid? One fan thought he got arrested and put in jail for rape.

The Millwall fans were singing something about him raping as well. "Marlons a rapist, he ......." does anyone know what the rest was?

I hear a lot of people that think Marlon was done for rape. Even some Cov fans (or, well, people from Coventry at least). Then i find myself saying "nah, he only punched a bird". Which isn't a sentence i'd have ever thought i'd find myself saying!

It's what people think when they hear the words "Sex Offender"

Lets not go there. I'm celebrating the fact he has scored 11 now and missed most the season with his very late arrival and suspensions . For that I thank AB's persistence. Easily our best player and I really hope we get to sign him on for next year.
he owes us and we can reward him and do ourselves a favour.

It was probably the same fans who thought McSheffrey was playing today as well.

There were more knobheads than usual supporting City today, I am not sure if it was because it was Millwall or if it was the cheap tickets!

Nick we can not critisie those that dont regularly turn up when they dont turn up and when they do! I have a season ticket holder next to me who attends every game and is a massive knobhead!! Still though i thought King was a different class again, especially when he was looking for his hatrick that first shot that hit the post was something special.

True, but when people don't know the players on the pitch it annoys me!

Could not agree more but if we want more bums on seats we will have to put up with that:facepalm:The bigger issue i think is with those regulars who are there week in week out who still dont konw the players or worse those who have players who no matter who well they paly are still "crap". No answer me thinks they will always be there!!!

the only good thing about mcsheffery not playing today is that I did not have to listen to the usual idiot behind me hurling abuse his way for ninety minutes

Nick, you're not wrong! It was well chavvy today!

My fave bit was a couple of guys trying to push in whilst queing for food at h/t. The bloke next to me challenged them, and one said:

"Yeah, but it's allright, innit? Cos we're all Cov, yerknowworimean? It doesn't matter! You're Cov, I'm Cov, we're innit together bud, yer know wot I'm sayin?"

There were these pissheads that moved next to us in the seconed half. Off their heads just banging on the back board. It was really annoying, and they were singing United songs....

All money in the coffers I suppose. people will get used to it the more they come. I'm an ex season ticket holder who now has to go up when I can but whenever I go there seems to be tools there.

I 100% agree. I had some idiot who sat behind me at Highfield road who consistently called Davenport 'Davidson' for half the season until he was eventually corrected!

It is also an awkward one with those who come and constantly criticise - on the one hand they seem absolutely moronic in the things they are saying and with there knowledge (or massive lack of) about the Coventry team/football in general, but on the other the ones with season tickets are part of the loyal 12/13 thousand who are there every game regardless of results/off field politics. They may be incredibly irritating and can be criticised for such but there unwavering loyalty should not be overlooked.
