I think you will find that isn't that unusual. It just doesn't normally get leaked.
It seemed to come more from the selling club and agent than the player. In fairness the player from the get go seemed to be saying he was 'hesitant' about the deal.
If anybody swallowed the he has signed rumour, when our club were tight lipped on the deal, well I think it's their fault rather than anyone else's.
