Mark Venus will hopefully be coming in a different role. A technical director type of role.

"He'll hopefully be coming in to organise the scouting department, set it all up. He's very good with numbers, the financial aspect and spending. He's someone I can phone after midnight when I can't sleep to talk about football.
"I think he'll be crucial with us building from the bottom up. We want to build a structure and a squad with time lines in so we know when to sell at the right time to be able to get new players in.

No change. He did nothing constructive last season and this season will be the same.

He said he would walk away when no longer wanted so does he need a lift to the station as I am willing and if not I am sure Rupert will take him.

We should keep Waggott around in my opinion. He can guard the Jimmy Hill statue on Wasps match days

Forget that. I will take the night off work and come and get him myself. I could then drop him off at his destination to make sure he gets there. It would be a fun journey.

Well at least this free's Waggot up to look after a few pasting tables at the ground. Bit of a shame getting rid of Webster, I would of positioned him as a future barman of a new clubhouse.

I was wondering this too. Unless Proctor will come in as number for a change?

Clearly Venus is TMs right hand man & has followed him in all his managerial posts.....

....you'd like to think they can multi-task & therefore run a leaner back-room operation freeing up some resources for the front-line....

Are Mr wonderful Waggott, got rid of Gregor Rioch, whose players are now coming through, one of whom earned us a few million recently, disbanded our scouting system, gave the hapless Steve Pressley a 4 year contract extension, for what, signed the German, if not who did ? has a disgrace of a shop masquerading as a club shop, poxy cheap as chips tat supposedly a club strip sew on badge and all a farce of a ticket outlet, yes i see the boy has done well.

He had a big hand in signing the players for last season and most of the players we are happy that have left our club today. This is why I am happy he won't be doing any of it from now.

Astute , you asked what good has he done, and I told you, not saying he has not made some bad decisions also. but that's why he is putting this team (backroom) in place to improve things.

The backroom staff are being put in place because TM won't stay if it doesn't happen. And it was decided by Joy and not the organ grinder as you make out.

If Waggott goes then will Fisher have to step up to be the public mouthpiece again?

Better the devil you know and all that.
