I'm still reckon a lot of it is that things get broadcast more. Back in the old days I'd have no idea if there were 4 teenagers shouting outside of Beryls house at 4:00pm on Saturday, now there's a 100 comment post on facebook full of twitchy curtains.
It does seem to be getting worse though. And as mentioned earlier, it's pretty much every city.
