Administration hearing in court.

Oh for crying out loud. Another bloody few weeks before this finally gets sorted. I don't care about the outcome anymore. I just want it to end so we can move forward - one way or another.

1 week and 1 day! And I bet SISU do nothing to defend the club. Like our last court appearance with our non-attendance! We really need to have a representative at this hearing if we're goin to come out of this in a positive way.

It won't be the 22nd though. The case will start then and we'll get the verdict afterwards. Then, comes the actions both ACL and SISU have been told to take by the court - that could take weeks.

does anyone know if the 22nd will be the full hearing. don't they normally have an initial court date which is just stating what is going to happen and then setting a date for the full hearing? Hopefully it's the full hearing and there's no delays or aadjournments or we're getting the -10 next season.

my thoughts exactly dave, they wouldnt have the full hearing so soon. This will take months.

That means any points deduction will be this season as it is before 5pm on the 4th Thursday in March (which is the 28th).

Just been on the radio, saying the 22nd is when we will go into administration. Have they got that wrong?
