I think that's being wound down; more and more clubs are getting managers from abrorad now, having recognised that by choosing the same olf faces they're hiring people who've failed more than once. It used to be just the big clubs but now even the likes of Charlton, Boro, West Brom, etc are taking on managers you've never heard of - Vale have brought in a new face from abroad (ex Leeds player), as did Orient. It's changing.
