According to skysports news Villa have accepted a bid from Manchester City for England international James Milner...

Now they just need to ship out Ashley Young and have a bad season

Stephen Ireland is apparently part of the deal with ongoing speculation Martin O'Neil left Villa as he did not want to sell Villa,s best assests. every club is a selling club for the right price

Ouch, it is all about the money with Man City! Surely Milner will be on the bench a lot of the time!

I think this was a good deal for them, getting a good amount of money and getting a good player in Ireland

Despite the fact they've paid well over the odds for a player AGAIN, i think this will be a great pickup for Man C. I reckon he could go on to be one of the Prem's top players. Good deal for Villa even tho they're losing him, Ireland's pretty handy himself!
