No word of lie, i just walked in for my weekly sign on and almost bumped into both Malaga and the Edge who were ahead of me in the line...

Was a very surreal moment lol

Im not joking. Im being serious. They are at this right moment, sat in the the cothe court job centre. I dont know why but they are. Mg advisor who is a cov fan has just gone over to grab something as an excuse to see them and he said it is.

Plus Malaga ran past me while i was waiting for my name to be called out and then ran back a minute later. Ive had enough time to make sure its them.

I cross my heart and swear on my dads grave stone i am not lying! (I dont do that lightly by the way)

Might be something to do with work permits or something?

You do but once youve been on for a certain amount of time they make you come in weekly.

And i dont swear on my dads grave unless im telling the truth. I loved my dad and wouldnt insult his memory with a lie.

Im standing outside the entrance waiting to see them. Gonna try and get a picture if i can.

Would they need work permits as they are in the EU?

True.

Could be something to do with employment but would have thought that the club / agents would sort it.

Always hasty before writing any rumours off lately as a few have been right

Look im telling the truth. They are here right now. Where im standing in the job centre, i can actually see them. I will get a picture if i can. Im at the desks looking at job stuff right now while sneaking a peek ever so often. But if i try and go over ill be chucked out by security.

You all seem to think im a careless bastard as well considering i swore on my own fathers grave for gods sake. I wouldnt do that unless im telling the truth dammit!

From what I can gather Edge wouldn't need a translator because he is quite fluent in English

Well the edge seems to be doing most of the talking with his advisor while Malaga has this huge black lad with him thats translating of him.

Malaga is waring a blue cap with a logo on it, dark blue shirt and jeans while the Edge is waring black top and jeans, just minus the cap.

Whatever theyre doing, its taking awhile and i dont know how long i can stay here for.

I just spoke to a member of staff. He confirmed it is them and that there here for their national insurrance numbers. Its to make sure they're paying their taxes etc.

Apparantly anyone who comes to work in the UK has to go through this process if they dont already have a NI number.

If they are both French, surely they don't need visas, so maybe it does take rocket scientists
Being foreign nationals though, they will need British National Insurance numbers, as a poster has already mentioned...much more plausible.

Maybe they wanted some part time seasonal work in the Toys R Us warehouse?

It does sound like something to do with employment so the national insurance does seem like a decent reason for them to be there.

It would be quite rude to say "Can I ask why you are here so I can post it online?"

To be honest...i bottled it. Sat there psyching myself up to ask them for a picture and then stood there like an idiot as they walked past me. I fail on so many levels

This coming from the guy whose had a long chat with Oggy while waiting on his table af a new years eve party AND then shaking his hand while singing old lang zine.

I hold my head in shame at my lack of balls lol

They won't be getting their National Insurance numbers at the Jobcentre, they'll just be having an interview arranged but would likely need to phone a number to do that.

It is probably NINO (National Insurance number related because everyone gets sent to the Jobcentre when it's anything work/benefit/NINO related.
