The funniest thing is, shit like this and Juggy's rants deflects the actual goings on more than anything.

Thats the problem. The message gets lost with so much crap being thrown about. It needs a consistent message that stands up to scrutiny. Its easy for SISU to shrug off things that are clearly false while a big section of the fanbase whip themselves into a frenzy.

Give it a couple of weeks before the poor state of the pitches at Higgs is being thrown around as a fact.

And even when people call them out on it and post evidence showing things to be wrong people still won't admit it.

Did try - he just ignores any legitimate questions and bangs his 'bad SISU' drum.

There is no point trying to correct people like that.

They just do the standard make stuff up, when corrected or it is pointed out they are wrong it is "So you are happy with SISU then?"

Here is another example http://www.coventrycity-mad.co.uk/n..._tax_payers_money__council_892555/index.shtml

How many people are going to be walking round repeating that?

Shocking the terrible state SISU have let it get into. This is what happens when you don't employ a groundsman

He is now moaning that the groundsman only gets 15k.

It wasn't long back he was telling everybody that nobody applied for the job.

So our grounds man gets the FL average despite not having to maintain the Ricoh.

Hmm.....it seems Cov United know how to facilitate an academy, despite Wasps, CCC, Higgs et al?

I didn't know that cov united had a PL/FL/FA cat 2 standard academy, given they won't be eligible for the c£500k FA grant, they must have some wonga if they can afford to pay thr full £1.2m it costs to run a cat 2 academy...

Sigh. Typical dumb response, Stu Pid. Bedworth and Cov United in association with City College don't receive £500k from the FA
, yet still manage to provide first class facilities. Smell the coffee.

Why is it a dumb response?

I am just trying to figure out your point.

Where is this Acadamy then, where are the mandatory indoor facilities and 4g pitch needed to be cat 2 if that's what they are ?

Football club owners concentrating on running a football club, what a novel idea.

And my point was that some clubs can invest in and manage their own academies without orchestrating a campaign to get Wasps, Higgs, the CSF, Cov City Council, the FA, the Football League, the Coventry Telegraph, politicians et al to set it up for them.

I doubt Bedworth and Cov United would have the wonga to contribute £700k pa for every £500k contributed by the FA, in the way that CCFC claim to do. Higgs must be really expensive, seeing as Cov Utd have regularly used St George's Park for their pitching (without the cat 2 status grant funding)

CCFC "claim" to do - what does that mean?
