The one player I hoped we'd sign has scored yet again tonight. More than useful wide from midfield & one of the best dead ball deliveries in the Championship & Division One! Also really impressed at the weekend by Nicky Adams, hopefully on Steve Waggotts radar?

What would you do with Baker ? Suppose we could...........sell him.

Unfortunately RFC it's obvious that Stuart Gray at Sheffield Wednesday rates Chris Maguire unlike Dave Jones..

It's amazing how different managers won't use different players
Adebayor, Mata, Ba, Arfa

You know that these players, playing week in week out will cause chaos.

What I have noticed with Maguire (having watched him for City and for a bit while he was at my Brothers team as well) is that Maguire can be largely anonymous for a huge part of the game, hugely frustrating and some times inconsistent, but if you have one person in your team on the belief that they can do something special and provide magic then Chris Maguire would certainly be your man.

I agree Wingy, the only difference is that Maguire unlike Moussa is fantastic from a dead ball situation however you'd argue that he doesn't do it consistently enough..

Was he awful the game after MK?

If you mean the game against Crewe I believe many people referred to him as below par, although that was his first 90 mins for a while..

It was a home game, that's all I remember (probably was Crewe).

His last game for us when he came off the bench he didn't look much cop either

Like I said before hugely inconsistent and frustrating but given a run in the side that might change, he scored tonight again for Sheffield Wednesday, he has now scored 3 in 5 games since returning to their side and has an assist..
