Just for a bit of background, I have changed the title of the thread because I was suggesting that certain human bodies couldn't sustain regular exercise without getting injured. Fair play, people were suggesting I was having a go at Maddison. I wasn't, so I have changed the title. Posts before this one might suggest otherwise.
My old man was a professional back in the early 70’s and he had loads of issues with his back, broke his leg… not sure if he was unlucky or just really susceptible to injuries.
