If Milan is injured (fuck sake). Do we look at the early Lampard days and invert Lati on the rightback role to form a back three and when attacking go to a 3-2-5 and 4-4-2 in defence?

I don’t predict our scores but feel a bit glum about this fixture. Tight pitch, team fighting for survival, physical bunch.
Frank is going to have to transform them from that shambles last week and get a bomb up the arse of all of our front three.

like derby and Plymouth, if you don’t match teams for effort that’s what happens, hopefully we’ve learned from those games, if MVE’s out as well, then defence isn’t brilliant but we’ve got plenty at the other end, they beat Bristol. City but lost to 10 man Blackburn, their fans will be thinking exactly the same us

What the fuck has happened now?

I honestly can't believe how many cheap injuries we pick up

If he is out for any longer than today only then it really is season over

Also worth noting that a defeat today, combined with a convincing win for Millwall could really throw a spanner in the works and we could be down as far as 8th

I suppose an MVE injury was inevitable at some point with the amount of minutes he's played. What a fucking time for it though.

If this is true we have to go 5 at the back.
I'm assuming Lati will play RB/RWB.

Great. Lampard being so pissed off now makes more sense.

Won’t happen, We’ll get at least a point today can still see 3. it’s Luton not Leeds.

I'd have thought Sakamoto with Lati at CB if we did go down that road. I'm in denial and hoping Saddle's being pranked.

Just can't see a win particularly with the patched up back line we are gonna have to play - Time for some of them to step up to the plate big time

If Milan is out for any potential play off campaign we might as well sack it off, we wouldn't get through three games against Top 6 opposition without his quality on the pitch, can't lie that news has absolutely ruined my morning

It just gets worse and worse. That defence in front of a dodgy keeper. I wouldn't bet on us today with someone else's money.

Was pretty confident of beating them but now with MVE on the list not as much, but they struggle to break teams down aswell, mve being out might force us a bit more defensive, Luton picked off Bristol city like Plymouth did to us, but they couldn’t get through 10 man Blackburn ,perfect counter attacking game for us, need wright up for it if that’s the case

I’d rather play Eccles or Burroughs at RWB, than accommodate Binks into the team.

Good point, forgot Thomas was out
Bidwell on the left, Kitching in the middle?

I'm still hopeful this is a Saddles wind up in light of some of the recent criticism he's had but the the thought of Lati RB in a 4 gives me the fear

Is he out for today or long term

If so let's just give up our playoff spot even if we make it. Let someone else have a go

Lati in the press yday

Asked how the former Chelsea prospect has coped with the criticism that has come his way, the defender said: “He knows that’s all part and parcel of being a football player. One day, especially as a goalkeeper, you can be a hero and two days later you are back to getting a load of stick.

“But I think personally that Brad has been brilliant, coming in and taking such a big role in the team. The way he had to come on in such a massive game against Sheffield United (when Dovin got injured) is a huge credit to him as a person.

I get he is probably trying to put an arm round his team mate but this narrative that Collins come on and did really well against Sheff U needs to stop, he made a couple of saves when they were trying potshots when the game was already won - He has let us down on occasion after occasion before and after that

Mate if we have Lati, Binks and Bidwell in defence along with dodgy keeper A or B I'd be worried about Millwall making up that goal difference after all. Absolute car crash of a back line.

We said the same when wright Sheaf and EMC were out, lampards done well getting more out of our average players, backs to the wall sometimes throws up a few surprises. battling 1-0 keep the faith We’re nearly there

FFS playing on a postage stamp right back out Lati stepping in and 30k a week Binks (alledgedly) shite at centre back Simms pretending he's never seen a football before not lining up to be a great day is it

I called for him to be rested last week, it's no suprise that he's picked up an injury, it was inevitable, you can't expect a high energy player to be at his peak for 3 games in a week and not suffer a reaction.
Piss poor management by Frank on that score.

Luton not being able to decide which flank to attack down because our rights as bad as our left could just swing it in our favour!

Keep the faith, Luton will have their problems too.

Squeaky bum time of the season.

We'd of snapped your hand off to be in this position when Frank joined the club.
ITS IN OUR HANDS!
