Anyone else getting a tube tomorrow for the game? I’m a bit worried about coronavirus if I’m honest but I’m still gonna go, just wondered what everyone else thought of the risks of the spread on London undergrounds.

Nothing to worry about pal, I get the tube to and from work every day as do 100,000’s of people and there’s no epidemic outbreak, as much chance of bumping into someone in Sainsbury’s with it, or the crowds at the match

Secondly, not sure what tube your catching to Southend, if your coming from cov I guess you’re coming into Euston, and you can get the train direct to Southend Victoria from there, getting the tube would be an arse going east to get onto another rail line

Keep your body fluids to yourself and you should be fine.

There is no direct train from Euston to Southend, you have to change twice and it takes over 2 hours. The only direct train is from Fenchurch Street

Funnily enough I saw a young woman wearing a mask in London yesterday
But she was the only one out of god knows how many thousands of people moving about

Traditionally in China I’ve been told people wear the masks to keep their own germs in rather than avoid others, that said people are saying the masks are useless as COVID19 is contagious through any orifice

My ex girlfriend was Chinese and she always used to wear a mask.

She was just ugly though.
