Have the next few days off work and as it's the holidays looking to go out but can't find anything really to do.

Have done the motor museum, herbert, think tank in brum in terms of museums. Weather isn't going to be the best so it rules out country parks.

Any ideas of things on or places that aren't quite so known or something out of the ordinary that are decent for a day out and a 9 year old would enjoy?

Cheers, I reckon I'd love that (and want to try foot golf) but might be there all day with her and it would end in rage.

Think it’s £5 a round -honesty box there if it is not manned. Usually discs to borrow but might be worth calling up to check

What kind of things does she like? How far are you prepared to travel?

Books, museums, gaming and things like that. She loves going to the book farm and going through all the books etc.

Will probably go an hour or so

Ah crochet workshop ha. Thanks, that's the kind of line I was thinking.

She can get into care if she even breaths about anything rugby.

Cheers did think that, might go there!

Did look at Warwick castle, we went last year and when I suggested it she wasn't that keen so didn't want to throw 50 at it.

When I was 9, I used to enjoy going to the Wyken Slough and flying balsa wood gliders.
We also used to go to Nauls Mill Park and sail our model boat.
Can't think of anything indoors other than things you've already done.
