Just seen a comment (not on this forum) that this lad is only with us until January.

Thought we'd signed him? Seems odd for a contract to end in January. And isn't he this highly lad? If so, theres no chance us keeping hold of him

I s this a Robert Jarni moment where we're the conduit to another club.

Read the other day we picked him up on some technicality .

pity that third goal was dissallowed ,thought we might get to see 20 mins of him.

Subbed today playing for U21s.

Can't the higher league guys just pick off the good guys from lower league teams(us) at youth team level???

Where did you see / hear the comment?

Robins stated we got him on a technicality and that he is ours.

Make of that what you will.

However I believe he turns 18 (ie look at the Sterling Liverpool situation) in January so it could be that the club are expecting him to get a better offer elsewhere and we pick up the compensation?

On Soccerbase it says he is a loan.

WTF if true!

But Sky Sports says we got him for an undisclosed fee.

We get just about all our players on the same technicality. They are free signings

Maybe we paid the undisclosed fee for the loan? Loan fees are not that uncommon these days.
