That's not fair SISU yes, but Northampton no, it's not there fault as to why we are in this mess.

Did you miss the part where the NTFC chairman said, to paraphrase, he didn't care about Coventry so long as he got some cash? If he hadn't agreed to the groundshare we wouldn't be playing there plain and simple. It is at least partially the fault of NTFC that we will be playing there.

I did see that however I am not talking about there Chairman I am talking about NTFC's fans, I wouldn't want to wish what we are currently going through on anyone (Except for Villa and Sunderland who have been laughing at us recently for the situation we are in :jerkit::jerkit::jerkit::jerkit Some of there fans have been on this forum expressing sympathy and trying to help, not good if we start going against there club or we lose the respect and also many won't support us for where we are.

City Link's sponsorship ended last season, I don't know if they're still an official partner.

What about Ian Neales corner kicks or Autoparts throwins r whatever it was.

I assume these deals will continue at Sixfields. Can anyone remember who they are?

In Australia we have had some very high profile cases where sponsors have been targetted. By far the most effective was facebook campaigns. Its very easy to name these companies and demonstrate public anger at them for supporting such causes. I dont know if the Not one penny more people have a FB presence but if so they would be a good place to name and shame these companies and give people a place to inform these brands that they wont be being purchased\used.

In Oz it was very successful against radio DJs spouting racist\sexist crap. Several thousand football fans will make companies think twice.

I think the aim is to show SISU that they need to come to an agreement with ACL. Or, preferably, cut your losses and sell up.

Have you suggested they support the trust or something instead? That way they can still reach their audience (Cov fans) and some sponsorship money can be put aside into a fighting fund that could, as I have suggested before, either a) help restart the club, if it comes to that or b) be used to help support the academy in the event that Sisu sell up and leave?

It would also maintain a link between us and those companies that might simplify the return to normal relations between the club and its partners once the situation has been resolved. (Sorry, I'm not clear whether you are asking them not to partner with the club while it plays in Northampton or not to partner with the club while Sisu are in charge).

Still can't blame him/NTFC for that.

You are most probably banking with an organisation that takes every penny it can get, by whatever means, with scant regard for poor unfortunate(s) put under some sort of duress elsewhere to gain a return on investments made with YOUR money.

All he's doing is taking whatever he can get to try to improve his & NTFC position.

Why would this affect the club when all this sponsorship money is going to pay Otium's maladministration fees.

Subway are no longer an 'official club partner'.

We're now down to two: Puma and Grace.

To put it into perspective, teams like the mighty Northampton Town have 6, while MK Dons have 15!

This is just stupidity. Remember everyone was cheering when the club was put into administration and some idiots even claimed the CVA rejection would result in a Big Investigation.

The Football leagues only interest is fixture fulfilment. Liquidation in the summer will be the end of football in co entry for many years not just a few months.

We already have it from SISU 3yrs (& many doubt that anyway)...which is somewhat more than a "few months" & some would actually that call (too) "many years"

Cheering because administration should have got rid of SISU and installed another interested party. Subject to assets not being moved illegally out of CCFC Ltd. Knowing that the administrator would investigate any suspicions. Further safeguard that rejecting a CVA would require further investigation into assets and a further CVA being drafted by the administrator.

Give me liquidation now over liquidation in 5 years time.

Obviously not as much as you. I believe liquidation is different to bankruptcy I also read that a Sisu affiliated company could not bid a second time if they went into bankruptcy again? But i mind if you prove me wrong....
