I commented on this in the Premier League thread last night......they were then roundly boo'd by the Everton fans.....
However, having since spoken to several folks who were there last night, I don't believe it was intentionally malicious or disrespectful....just a case of mis-timing....
...and lets be honest, its not the first time fans (including our own) have not been able to time the minutes applause correctly , especially during a game....
