Linnell in particular seems to be on the columbian champagne I reckon.

Turned on the brilliantly poor CWR last night at half time to listen to the philisophical half time enraged texts. I find these funny as fcuk by the way. They ask people to text in during a game when most people are emotional and pissed and then act all surprised when they receive utter nonsense., or should I say "ut a nsence m8"

Anyway completely digressed as usual. After watching unadulterated dog poo for the first half I thought I would see what they thought of it. What followed was then a series of old chestnuts that SISU would be proud of. "We're not out of it" "All we need is a goal" "Plenty of positives from the first half". This was all topped beautifully by saying how we finished the half in control and much the better side before contradicting themselves with the possession stats showing us that we had gone more out of things as the game went on.

Love it, quality entertainment.

They don't ever seem to say it as it is do they. Always looking for the positive spin when I think people simply want the truth.

The game was over at 2-0 and we were out of it.

2nd half much better yes, but as with what happens with many a team 2 -0 to the good they stepped off the gas a little knowing the game was pretty much in the bag.

I know they are very daft sometimes, its okay to have sky blue eyes sometimes but those pair go overboard and wont have anything negative to say about the club on or off the field. We were soundly beaten last night and they never seem to admit that fact (there has been quite a few examples of this!). I do love the idiots that phone and text in, how many SISU out's where there last night??

its the way that they get offended by the texts as if they were somehow expecting someone rational to send them. You know when you go to a game and the bloke behind you with the red face and lager breath calling for " Butcher Out" ? He's the one who sends the texts

Hi fellas.
Wouldn't it be a nice change, to hear a factual, truthful, "As is" account of the games, from the Sisu Rep, "Clive, We played well Eaken" who apparently couldn't recognise a poor performance if it jumped up and bit him in the arse. as we listen to his comments, on the phone in, on the journey home, its hard to imagine we've been at the same game, as a football commentator he is a complete apology to the job title, and you could be forgiven for thinking that Sisu were paying his wages, as he carefully chooses his words, as not to offend his hosts.
Can we please have an unbiased, neutral account of the games, instead of the Air Brushed, opinion of the Company propagandist, "Just stop fawning Clive, your'e making yourself look like a sissy go between" who's afraid to give an honest account of the game, as the majority see it.
Tank Top.

Geoff Foster interviewed AT well i thought, pushing him to explain what he meant by his "it was too many games for some players" comment, and to be fair failed to give a staright answer as such, when we all knew what he meant (Bigi and Christie were knackered)

Yes they really annoy me. Linnell is the main culprit. He comes across as smug and patronising and a SISU apologist. I can understand this to a degree as they cannot upset the owners too much but they go too far in finding positives out of a very miserable situation.

linnell from sheffield?
eakin from cheshire?
not really close to coventry,
sub-standard reporting so as not to upset the owners

To be fair to them, it's quite easy as a relatively rational City fan to find yourself occupying a more extreme positive stance just to counterbalance the dearth of absolute idiot doom mongers that contribute to these kind of forums.

Maybe their idea of balance is to be just as mental as the people on the other end of the phone, just the other way.

If we were all rational we would'nt be on here on the radio or up the ricoh,We'd have a game of chess instead, now that would get the emotional juices flowing!
