Does anyone know whether Bell & Sheff will be fit for Saturday? IMO it's no bad thing if they are out - I said after the Blues game that both deserve to be dropped. If they're out, I guess Baker would come in for Ruffles so we'd start up as:

Murph
Christie Keogh Crainie Hussey
Gael Thomas Clingan Baker
Ro'D Juke

There is the option of putting Ro'D on the left side and going with Jeffers up front with Juke.

Also, when is Platt going to be fit?

copied off telegraph site this team could have played tuesday if they were not injured or sold from last season and have given the whole team that played a rest...shows how light on the ground we are..
Westwood
Clarke Wood Turner Osbourne
Carsley
Gunnarsson Deegan
Baker
King Eastwood

might be tempted to leave baker to stew for a bit and play ruffles from the start, these kids are going to have to drag us out of the mire in future so they may as well start now.

Like somebody said on Tuesday - it won't be oranges and tea at half time - it will be rusks and warm milk.
My theory about Tuesdays defeat is that Palace knew we had a young side, moved kick off to 8 so that by the end of the game for most of our team it was way past their bedtime!

I've heard Ruffles may well not be fit for Saturday.
