Those people who have bought a lifetime seat,eg premier club or the £250 stand ones are under the sale of goods act intiled to a full refund, this will cost sisu around 300k.i know at the moment the club will fob people off saying its down to acl to pay you back but its not its sisu

They will cover themselves by offering seats at Northampton free of charge. It will get numbers up and cost them less.

this is where the waters get muddy.. I Understand the original PC agreements were with CCFC Ltd, and payments were made to the LTD account.. but around a year ago the club switched payments to be made into Holdings account, as such you would imagine that Holdings took over the agreements ( which would explain why Premier club members were not contacted as creditors when CCFC Ltd went into administration ) so they were happy to take money from members via Holdings.. but now it comes down to a potential claim against holdings , they are trying to back track & claim they may not be responsible..

the club seem to be trying to make it very hard for PC members... unless of course you are wanting to just transfer your memberhsip to northampton, and then they are more than happy to help!!

Can't this be referred to trading standards? Seems pretty open and shut to me. Get watchdog on the case too.
