With dentists being so expensive, I've found a novel way to save money on a scale and polish, whilst also keeping my teeth in top condition.
When in the shower, I rotate the nozzle until its on 'jet wash' setting (cold water) and then hold the showerhead to my mouth and waggle its around in lots of miniature circular motions.
My original idea was to use a kartcher, but I thought that may have knocked out my teeth, the shower on 'jetwash' mode is a perfect pressure.
My teeth have never felt so clean and my breath never smelt so fresh.
