That doesn’t make them a bad player, just means they’ve made some bad decisions . Tough, tenacious and vocal does make a good centre half though.Maybe managers just don’t fancy centre backs who get sent off 3 times in one season?

I don't think it is ridiculous, it just shows how weak this current crop of players are, Kitching is willing to put his head in where it hurts, willing to take bookings, willing to partake in the dark arts and rough up the opposition. He's prone to errors and lacks a bit of pace but he's a better defender than Binks and Sheaf has shown nothing in a year of being captain that he deserves to retain that role, when the going gets tough he goes hiding.
He gets sent off every dozen or so games, makes huge errors and has been booted out of the side by a younger player who cost half as much.
